When is maintenance due and considered late?

First of the month, for most associations is consider late after the 15th of the month. Please be sure to refer to your Association's Governing Documents, located on the Documents section of your Association website

Approval Requirements?

Yes. Apply at the management website forwardmpg.com from the menu options click realtor guide and follow the application instructions.

 

Architectural Modification Requests (ARC or ACC) are required for all exterior modifications. Please login to the resident portal to read additional guidelines and submit your request. Can also be email to office@forwardpmg.com

Are pets Allowed? Please be sure to refer to your Association's Governing Documents, located on the Documents section of your Association website 

 

Are there any parking rules? Visit your association website or login to the resident portal for parking rules.

 

Association Attorney? Email office@forwardpmg.com for attorney information

 

The Association's insurance company? Visit your association website or email us at office@forwardpmg.com

 

Association Website? email us at office@forwardpmg.com

Clubhouse Rental Restrictions? If applicable see availability at the association website. Submit rental agreement to reserve the clubhouse.

 

Garbage Days? Visit the city website to find information on garbage pick up schedule.

 

How do I order an Affidavit of Sufficient Funds? Order online at forwardpmg.com

 

How do I order an estoppel or questionnaire? Order online at forwardpmg.com

 

How to check application status? Online at forwardpmg.com or via email at office@forwardpmg.com

What are the Maintenance Fees? Email office@forwardpmg.com with the association name and address or unit number.

 

Who is responsible for exterior of Unit?

The Association is responsible for the exterior maintenance of the units. Please be sure to refer to your Association's Governing Documents, located on the Documents section of your Association website.
